3 bedrooms or 4th bedroom for office and 2 full baths, livingroom, diningroom, large

PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEW of the “Bay of Fundy”, a pristine area with views of the Maritimes and Canadian Islands; watch the seals, whales, lobster boats.
Eastport’s Bay is surrounded by beaches and rocks, with many high headlands offering sweeping, panoramic views of the Bay of Fundy, to the chain of small islands. Migrating whales spend their summers swimming through the Bay, and several whale watch cruises depart from Eastport. Seals are seen feeding and frolic on the coast, while eagles nest throughout the large wooded areas and shores on the islands in the Bay and Maritime waters. Front and back harbors for the boat lovers, as well as small local municipal airport with private hangers to house your airplane.
Moose can be seen swimming the channel to the islands. There is excellent sport fishing in the surrounding waters, as well as interesting sites & a variety of sea and bird life in the surrounding area.

HISTORIC LIGHTHOUSES -Across the Bay on Campobello Island, there are two Lighthouses on the island East Quoddy Light at Head Harbour and Channel Light. The Channel Light is located between Lubec and Campobello Island. From almost any point along the shore, other lighthouses are visible -- on West Quoddy Head Light in Eastport; and several across Passamaquoddy Bay from Deer Island to Black’s Harbour .

The "Old Sow" and her piglets comprise the LARGEST WHIRLPOOL in the western hemisphere. They can be enjoyed from land at the cul-de-sac at the north end of Water Street in Eastport. The Whirlpool can be viewed on New Brunswick Ferry from Eastport to Deer Island or the local fishing, sailing, or whale watching boats.

The pristine area overlooks the Canadian Islands and the Bay of Fundy, with short commute either by car or boat across the Bay to visit Campobella Island. Franklin D Roosevelt and his family summered on the island for many years, as seen in the movie Sunrise at Campobello. His Summer cottage estate has been preserved as part of Roosevelt Campobello International Park.
Eastport has been a thriving community, thanks to its deepwater port and successful transition from sardines to aquaculture, particularly Atlantic salmon and sea urchins. Its Water Street is buzzing with waterfront tourist shops and S. L. Wadsworth & Son, billed as the nation's oldest ship chandlery. By the afternoon you will see the lobster boats and fishing boats returning to the pier, where they display and sell their abundant catch of fresh lobster, crab, and various fish.
