Located in the Sunset Heights Historical District with many impressively restored homes and is in the heart of El Paso. El Paso is a great community of approximately 700,000 population and its sister city of Juarez Mexico of greater than 1,000,000 population. Weather is great with mild winters, yet, it is only 2.5 hours away for Ruidoso NM for snow skiing in the winter and cool getaways in the summer.

Historical

Esteemed Architect Henry Trost designed this house for Joseph Williams (Banker) in 1904. It was the site of a meeting in 1914 between Mexican Revolutionary Pancho Villa and US Gen Hugh Scott. This home was featured in a 2 page article in the national magazine "American Homes and Gardens" in 1911.
