In the back yard there is a 500 gallon owed propane tank. The back yard has a fence on the north side and a large wooden porch and deck. There is also a brick patio and an outside entrance to the basement. The wood siding is nicely painted and new asphalt shingles on the roof were installed in 2017.

The 24’x32’ heated garage is located behind the home with a cemented driveway to the alley. It has 2 overhead doors with electric door openers and a floor drain. This building has it’s own electrical breaker box and an attached storage room. There is also an additional 8’x13’ storage building next to the garage. The garage also has additional overhead storage with a ladder to access this area.

The front side of the home has 2 large apple trees. A new wrap around large porch was added about 10 years ago. This porch really adds beauty to this home.
