Historical Log Cabin with rich in West Tennessee history.
Once purchased by Dr. Jim Kulman who moved the dwelling from around the Yorkville, TN area back in the late 1970's. Logs from the home are believed to be over 140 years old & consist of Poplar Wood. The beams in the home are made from Cypress. Fireplaces and the Chimney are built with Arkansas Stone. Floor systems have recently been recently replaced and now ready for the next owner to put the floor covering of their choice. Main cabin is wired with with 220V service and has a breaker box.
