Since this photo the front sidewalk, porch, balcony and patio have been tiled with six inch adobe tile, rails have been added to the front porch and two black iron lamp post on each side of the sidewalk, black iron victorian style mailbox at the front of the sidewalk and a twenty foot flag pole has been placed in the yard.

Kitchen has marble countertops, ceramic tile floor from Italy, two ceiling fans, stove with a vent a hood and a cabinet just for storing all your spices. Glass sliding door which leads out to a beautiful tiled patio which is great for entertaining and having that famous Texas barbeque.Spacious area with plenty of room for cooking.

The utility room is located at the end of the kitchen it is isolated with its own door. There is plenty of room for a washer, dryer, deep freeze and anything else you may want to add. The large doorway leads down to the den.

One of my favorite rooms in the house, beautiful wallpaper with a touch of elegance, ceiling fan, crown molding gives a touch of going back in time. Ambience in this room is worth eating every meal in.Room still has the original wood floors.

Ceramic tile from Italy has been placed were I did have an antique fireplace, a nice addition to the room, but I moved the mantle to place an antique pump organ.

Large marble tub and shower, ceramic tile from Italy, two pedestal sinks, each with their own mirror and lights, wonderful for a couple. Accordian wood doors for storing linens and misc. And a special area for a vanity, just so I can have that little bit of time to get dressed in and sip on my coffee before I start the day.
