The utility room is located at the end of the kitchen it is isolated with its own door. There is plenty of room for a washer, dryer, deep freeze and anything else you may want to add. The large doorway leads down to the den.

One of my favorite rooms in the house, beautiful wallpaper with a touch of elegance, ceiling fan, crown molding gives a touch of going back in time. Ambience in this room is worth eating every meal in.Room still has the original wood floors.

Ceramic tile from Italy has been placed were I did have an antique fireplace, a nice addition to the room, but I moved the mantle to place an antique pump organ.
