House is one of the oldest in Eufaula, Alabama. It has been featured as one of the tour homes during the annual Pilgrimage in the spring. It was built by one of the early Governors of Alabama for his Daughter. Large parlor areas and formal dining room on first floor. Three large bedrooms with baths on the second floor. Second floor landing/Library. Original heart pine floors throughout the house. This is a must see to believehistoric home. These photos do not convey its beauty or

Recent Improvements
The asphalt shingle roof was replaced about 3 years ago with 30 year architectural shingles. The backyard has been landscaped with sod and manicured mature flowering bushes and trees. The backyard is irrigated and fenced. A 600 square foot screen porch was added about 4 years ago along with 'old brick' sidewalks in the front and back yards. Historic wall paper has been added to the dining room, hallways and downstairs powder room. Chandeliers have been added to the parlor and dining room.
