Complete kitchen re-do: cabinets, flooring, tile, new lisghts and appliances
Basement waterproofed with sump pump. Drains added around perimeter of basement.
Replaced siding on south and west side of house.
New gutters, paint.
New roof in 2015.
Cement driveway all around back of house (from Redondo to Ford Rd.).
New floor in garage, new garage doors.
All doors have custom-made outer doors of wrought iron with removable screens and glass; balconies are all wrought-iron
