New ConstructionThe original house (1956) was demolished down to the foundation and a new two story house was constructed. Materials include cedar siding on first floor and cedar shingles on second floor, wood windows, dry stacked stone foundation and chimney and asphalt roof shingles. Details include overhanging eaves with exposed rafter tails, cedar lattice vent in gables and a new entry door with gable covering on the left elevation. The guest house was resided with cedar shingles and the foundation was covered with dry stacked stone veneer to match house. New stone sidewalk and stairs were constructed in front of the house.
