History

Built in 1895. We purchased the home in 2003. It only had 2 bedrooms downstairs with one small bathroom. Without taking down any trim inside, we gutted the entire home and had a company foam the inside walls, including foaming the floor.

For the business owner, it is currently zoned agriculture. It can easily be zoned C-1. We are currently looking to turn it into an Airbnb while it is listed for sale.



Recent Improvements

Roof shingles on home and shop are 30 days old.

We built a hair dressing shop (28x20) and a workshop (38x50), that includes a one car parking pad. It's set up to be an office/shop combo or it can easily be a mother-in-law suite.

The home did not have A/C. We installed a 5 ton unit downstairs. After viewing the attic, it was amazing the space that had never been used. We added a stairway and built 3 bed rooms with one being a master suite upstairs with 2 more bath rooms. The home is capable to sleep a family of 8.

There is not an inch of old wiring, plumping, etc. With all new wiring, plumbing, fixtures, etc. This is truly a new home that just happens to be 120 years old. We did not interrupt the original architect, restoring the old pine floors to it's original.

Home now is 3700 sf. with the foam insulation, it is remarkably easy to heat and cool. We can show years of records of gas/water/lights to show this expense.
