Jersey Shore, PA is located on the West Bank of the Susquehanna River, at the base of a world class Rails to Trails, 15 miles west of Williamsport, PA (home of the Little League World Series), Harrisburg is 2 hours south and Corning, NY 1 1/2 hours north, in the middle of mountains.

Financed by owner or buyer can secure a mortgage. If by owner finance, buyer must agree on a reasonable down payment (minumum 5% or more), and pay a monthly amount that will go on the principal, (no interest). For example: 5% down is $9,000 and monthly payments of $1,100 for 2 years will add up to $35,400.00 paid on the principle, leaving a balance due of $144,000.00. Then agree to a baloon payment, (the buyer will aquire the balance due the seller by aquiring a mortagage - the down payment and all monthly payments will reduce the selling price while at the same time increasing the equity of the home).

Downstairs, at the end off large entrance way is a half bath, to the right is a large great room which is the 32' living room with gas fireplace at front end and a formal dining area at the far end. There is a den/study at the back of home. To the left of the entrance is a parlor with a porcelain cast iron vented gas fire place. Through the doorway enter into a large eat-in kitchen with a walk in pantry and a gas fireplace. A laundry room in back of the kitchen and the back entrance is the mud room which opens up to the back deck and ramp.

Up the winding stairway is a large hallway sitting room, four bedrooms and a 18' large bathroom with a shower at one end and a soaking tub at the far end. One bedroom has its own bathroom.

There is a shed in the back yard, a fish pond, garden areas with fruit trees and a large two car garage with an outside stairway leading to two rooms overhead, (one is finished). The garage is 26'x24' with a large 16 ft. x 8 ft. over head door.

We have not used the oil boiler in the basement for over 8 hears - we heated with gas fireplaces that were much more economical, (the boiler should be replaced with a more modern gas one - or redo with ductless heat pumps.
