The City of Highland Park, Illinois ("City"), requests proposals from qualified entities to demolish and salvage up to two structures:

466 Laurel Avenue, Highland Park, IL - A 19th Century residential building adjacent to the Highland Park Public Library. The structure must be demolished.

444 Laurel Avenue, Highland Park, IL - A 19th Century residential buildings adjacent to the Highland Park Public Library. The structure must be demolished.

The selected proposer will be invited to enter into an agreement with the City (“Agreement”), in a form provided by the City to purchase and relocate the Structure(s). The City Council has the ultimate authority to approve any proposal and to authorize the execution of an Agreement.
