College Park is minutes from downtown Orlando without having to access I-4 and is know as the "Small town Downtown" because of it's small town community feel. Minutes to both Florida Hospital and Orlando Health and all businesses downtown College Park is home to many professionals who want to avoid the I-4 commute. It also has many great restaurants and independent shops, it's own Post Office, Publix and Starbucks. Also close by is Loch Haven Park, home to several museums and theaters and the Orlando Science Center. Several private schools (Lake Highland and Bishop Moore) are also conveniently located nearby.
