Renovation and New Mixed-Use Construction
The original storefront facades along Park Avenue were renovated and incorporated into a new, mixed-use development with retail space below and condominiums above. A new wing to the building was created along the trolley tracks and contains additional condominiums. Above-ground, covered parking to the rear of the building services the residences and the many businesses in the area.Comments & Feedback
