At Christmas this house is the gingerbread house in the neighborhood. At Halloween, it's the haunted house complete with pumpkins growing in the garden. Thanksgiving, everyone comes to see the leaves change and to walk the trails through the wooded lot. During the summer, it's the all-American barbecue house with privacy-fenced back yard and pool.
The house has been completely updated and upgraded from plumbing and electric to appliances. It features newer vinyl windows, newer roof, newer furnace, and brand new 200 amp electric service. The brand new wrap-around porch has been left unfinished, so you can paint it or stain it as you please. The attic is also unfinished and can easily harbor two additional bedrooms and still have storage space.
