Exterior- The exterior of the home was recently upadted. The home is freshly painted in 2007, the cedar clapboard siding was replaced in 2006, a 30 year Architecual shingled roof installed in 2007, and Vetter custom 6/6 thermopane insulated low e glass windows installed in 2006.

Mechanics- The home is heated with a Weil-McLean Gold oil fired furnace (2001), with four zone hot water baseboard heat. Installed is a Weil-McLean Gold domestic hot water booster (2001) to insure unlimited hot water no matter the family size or shower length. To insure cool living comfort on even the hottest days there are three separate Tempstar central air conditioning systems (2004), with over 7 tons of cooling capacity. There are two separate 100 amp electric services, one servicing the main house, with the other servicing the separate office/accessory apartment area. The house is serviced by septic and well, a new well pump and well Extrol tank were installed in 2003.
