Excellent location with views of the mountains and city a location like this one is very hard to find close to the heart of Manitou Springs behind the art center with grand views and secluded with an attic that can be convert into a loft adding more living space and adding more value to thehome people love this house.this house is preserved with the original light fixtures and appliances the in side of the house is the same as it was in 1965 this will need major renovation in some rooms as I have not lived in it for a year it is a grand project house its location and veiws are worth the cost someone who knows how to renovate this house with a loft will make out big
