The daylight walk out basement is unfinished with stone walls, concrete floor, and exposed ceiling. The basement houses the two forced air heat pump furnace with 2 zones, the electric water heater, 200 ampere electric service box, well tank, and water softener and reverse osmosis filter system.
There is an additional room in the basement, under the family room that has a stone fireplace and flagstone floor that was used as a weaving studio.
