This house includes a long hallway down the middle, a front living room with bay windows, two double fireplaces, pine wood floors throughout most of the house and an unfinished upstairs attic with high ceilings. There is a well on the back porch and a second well outside.
There are also remnants of an old barn and cook's house behind the main house.
The acreage includes a creek and a combination of open and wooded areas. Plantings include camellias, azaleas, a quince tree, and some yearling hardwood trees in the back field.
