Art Deco was a rare architectural style for the South but a few landmark homes remain. This is one of them. Luckily, it has been remodeled only minimally since 1944. A curved glass block wall defines the entrance. Beautiful molding adorns the interior. All the period windows are generously-sized. The unique hardwoods, though in need of refinishing, are intact, as are the bath fixtures and tile. The kitchen and library boast fine-grained cabinetry.
