Historic house not on registry. 1839-1931 was known as Stonehouse General Store and Post Office as well as West Pawling Train Station. Is on Dutchess County Historical Trail - marker #20.Upgraded and maintained inside and out. In Arlington School District - considered one of the best in Dutchess County.
Elec heat but we use two Jotul woodstoves for heat in the winter. Three fireplaces - two chimneys lined and maintained. Red tool shed and garbage shed included. Swing set included. Well and septic (pumped 2006). 150 amp electric.
