This is the front view with Lilacs, Holly, PJN's Mock Orange, and other flowering plants. Granite foundation, concrete floor.
Antique Cape originally built by Sumner Hinds in the late 1830's . The back section was built in the 1970's, when the old floor beams were replaced with 2x12 joists, etc.. Completely modern with the old look. As seen in the book "History of the Town of Lakeville" by Gladys Vigers (1952)
