This Tudor Revival is completely restored and is located in the East End Historic District and recognized by Quincy Preserves and the Quincy Preservation Commission.

This 3 car Carriage House equipt with door opener has an unfinished 2nd story.

1 of 7 fireplaces is located in the Foyer. The hardwood floor is comprised of white oak, red oak, walnut and butternut to form the beautiful design. The banister boasts of rich walnut.

Gourment cooks delight! 2 Jennaire Ranges, 1 gas, 1 electric, both vented out. Cherry cabinets in a large 23x24 kitchen. All appliances convey. A stainless steel preparation island also conveys.

This stately mansion has an elevator that goes from the first floor to the second floor. 2 mirrors over fireplaces that have diamond dust backing for continue brilliance after many years, 1 in the palour and 1 in the dining room. 4 glass chandeliers, 2 in the living room, 1 in the palour and 1 in the dining room. Several other glass chandeliers throughout the house. Each fireplace is different in design. 2 of the fireplaces on the second floor has a raised design of birds and flowers. Have to see to appreciate. Marble floor in the downstairs bathroom. Second floor landing has the same wood flooring pattern as the downstairs. Each bedroom has a closet, some walk in. Master bathroom has 5 shower heads. 2 heating systems, forced gas and boiler. Forced gas is zoned. During the milder part of the heating season the forced gas is used, the colder part of the season the boiler is used. Very warm heat. 2 efficient air conditioning systems which is also zoned.
