This lovely custom home and guest house is 45 minutes south of Seattle located high on the rim of the Puyallup valley with a spectacular 180 degree view of Mt. Rainier, Cascade mountains, Carbon river, and Orting valley. The guest house overlooks a Japanese garden with pond, waterfall, and extensive view.

A waterfall goes into the U shaped pond which is surrounded with plants and large boulders for sitting to enjoy the fish.

Guest House
The GUEST HOUSE was built in 2003. It is heated with a gas furnace and has instant hot water.
This guest house also serves as an art studio with extensive granite counter tops and built in cabinets.
The JAPANESE GARDEN was installed in 2003 and has a building which houses the pond pump, night lighting and sprinkler controls.
