Property Overview

This Historical Registry Farmhouse c. 1908 consists of 2800 sq ft, 4 Bedrooms & 2.5 Baths. It also has an unfinished attic space on the second floor of approx. 150 sq ft and an unfinished basement (outside entrance) of approx. 300 sq ft.

Interior Features

Many of the home's architectural features have been preserved and restored during the renovation. Original to the structure are the stairs and banister, beaded board ceilings, 2 fireplaces, plank hardwood floors and most windows & doors. The doors still have their original skeleton key locks and the windows have that charming wavy appearance characteristic of old glass.

A few rooms boast antique light fixtures but the remaining rooms have ceiling fans. The home is wired for high-speed internet access and other modern amenities. The restored fireplaces are gas log ready, but the chimneys have been capped.

The new spacious master bathroom has a large glass/tile shower, a custom antique double-sink vanity, and a spacious water closet.

Exterior Features

The rocking chair front porch has 2 ceiling fans to keep you cool even in the heat of summer. 7 outbuildings behind the home were built by the original owner and include a detached brick 2-car garage (wired) with an attached greenhouse, a German-sided smokehouse, wood garage, barn, chicken coop, granary, and wood house. All but the barn and chicken coop are in great condition and suitable for storage.
