We rent this house out for the famous STURGIS Bike Rally. We have not rented out this year but if you are intrested in renting for the rally please call, the rally is the 1st full week of Augest every year. Sturgis is 13 miles away and Historic Deadwood is 3 miles away. Other place close by, Mount rushmore, crazy horse mountain carving, custer state park and many more attractions. Rapid city is a 45 minute drive and spearfish is 15 minutes.
We are located in the black hills and have a the best location for a home.A large flat yard not all hill like the rest of town.Great tree coverage for shade. easy access year round. House has been remodeled and is beautiful,Room to add on. electric heat in bedrooms all upsyairs. Mstbd has masterbath has frenchdoors to own deck. large attic to add rooms or storage. all new windows and roof in the past 6 yrs, wood floors and carpets, wood stove for heat on main floor plus gas heat on main floor. Possiblity of national science foundation to build deepest lab in the gold mine, building one right now at 4800 ft level. large one will be at 8000 ft.
