Landmark Perfection

The South and West stone walls were hand cut by Stonemason John Duerhan in 1886. His dedication to his craft is a testament to quality.
Remodeled in 2004, this home is the pride of Acton.

This fireplace was built to resemble a player piano from the 1800s. Accent beams in the ceiling and a beautiful solid wood floor of aged Merlot. This is the formal dining room.

This picturesque setting is only one of many this house affords.

The Carriage house exterior is still in 1886 form. It once was the general store for the stage coach stop seen in the areial shot. It has a 600 sq ft guest house on top that is a 1 + 1 with full kitchen and living room. This building has its own address and all city amenities. <!--It is currently rented for $600 a month. The tenant is due to move out with an escrow.-->

Emeril put the Bam in this kitchen. Bullnose red, granite counters, Satillo pavers, Large Island, Subzero, H2O at the range, double ovens.

Inset windows make the perfect place to display historical artifacts.

This lovely room has a full size balcony w/ wrought iron. Designer embossed carpets are a delight to this room.

Full size bathroom encased in Black hills Marble and a 6 ft soaker tub and separate shower. The antique vanity is the perfect compliment to what is classic beauty.

The builder restored and added some touches to this Landmark property. This house is the first permanent residence to be built in Acton, Ca. An area known for its ranches and hospitality.
