New drywall was placed throughout and the home has been completely re-insulated, however all orginal wood trim was retained and replaced.
A half bath upstairs has been extended and refitted as a full bath and the downstairs master is refitted with separate shower, jetted corner tub, duel vessel sinks and tile throughout both baths. Master bath also features orginal tin tile reclaimed from walls used as ceilind along with orginal beadboard ceiling.
All doors are original to house with hardware intact, most doors downstairs featuring transoms.
Replacement windows throughout. Roofs are new - main house:single 5yo, carport, front porch and shed: metal roofs 6 mo.
Original hardwood floors throughout home.
The upstairs bedrooms had rafters extented to allow correct venting and the attic has a thermostat controlled fan.
