History of 303 W. Thomas Street, Salisbury, NC 28144

First owner: Sallie Chunn
Home description: 2-story frame house, circa 1915. Circa 1924, the back 1/3 of the house was added. Four tapered wooden columns support the front porch.
From 1920's until 1950's, it was the residence of Attorney J. G. Hudson.
The home features many moldings, 4 original fireplaces, wood floors throughout, 2 bedrooms have dressings rooms, built-in China cabinet, bead board-lined attic walls and ceiling. There are extra rooms for modern day activities, such as the need for an office or hobby room.
