Elizabethton is a beautiful town between the bigger cities of Johnson City and Bristol and very close to Watuaga Lake and North Carolina,in northeast Tennessee. The climate is wonderful with and average temperature in the '70's. The people are friendly and the cost of living is low. It is a great place to commute from, with lower taxes and quick travel to both nearby cities. It is also a great place to settle in for retirement from the colder north and still has a taste of all of the seasons.
