CLASSIC 1920's CRAFTSMAN BUNGALOW

This totally renovated (to historic registry standards)is a classic home! Nestled in a very quaint localized community.

This is a very economical town to live in. Everything has been done to this home. Too many "brand news" to list. 30 year architectural roof and 90 percent high effeciency furnace are just two. We've used high quality upgraded everything throughout this home to really give it back it's 1920's charm.

We've also added a few upgrades like granite countertops, undermount sink, glass mosaic tile in the kitchen. We've used high end Benjamin Moore paints painted professionally throughout the home using traditional bungalow colors. The history behind the craftsman bungalow is a story within itself! The home has been professionally painted inside and out. We used eco friendly California Paints on the exterior, rated number 1 for durability by Comsumer Reports.
