Property Description:

The 28’ x 46’ colonial period 1 ½ story house is set on 2.5+/- acres with Village zoning at quaint Bristersburg in Fauquier County. There are four large rooms with a central hall and a powder room on the first floor. This c. 1800 house was moved to its present location and meticulously restored and completed last year. One section of the house was originally built in 1780 in Charlotte Court House, VA while the other c. 1800 section was moved from its original location about 3 miles away. Both sections have outstanding features of the period and have been fitted together flawlesslY.
