I have a lifelong love of ornate designs and Victorian architecture. As I have learned more about homes of the late 1800s and early 1900s I have discovered the beauty of other time periods such as the Colonial, Art Deco, and Edwardian designs. My own home was built in 1932 and I know if I were to sell I would want an agent who can appreciate certain characteristics of my home and accentuate them to buyers, bringing them to appreciate the little things that make my home special. This is what I do as an agent. I understand what sellers treasure about their homes, and know the things that buyers who have a passion for older homes are looking for and will fall in love with.
