Donna K. Joerling, is the owner and broker of The Joerling Group real estate company which opened in 2000. Donna was born and raised in the rural and German community of Hermann, Missouri. Being raised on a farm, the youngest of six children of Verus and Rita Eldringhoff, she learned work ethics by working alongside her family in their animal and crop farm operation from sunrise to sunset. Donna worked all four years of high school for the local prosecuting attorney and learned vast amounts of information in Probate and Estate planning in that role. Shortly after high school, Donna began her banking and finance career at Peoples Savings Bank of Rhineland as the administrative assistant to the President of the bank. She managed the lending program, community reinvestment product line and some employees processes. Wanting to increase her career skills, Donna moved with her son Christopher to Washington, Mo where she worked for Mercantile Bank corporation for 7 years in town, and then transferred to their downtown St.Louis main holding corporate headquarters. A total of almost 25 years in banking and financial experience has proven invaluable as Donna assists clients in their real estate sales and purchases. Her commercial and business lending background while at Mercantile Bank, now US Bank, helps her assist commercial clients and business owners as they sell and market their commercial properties as well. And believe it or not, being raised on the farm and living on the land, Donna KNOWS a good piece of real estate for farming, hunting and more.
