The living room ceiling like all the main first floor rooms is traversed by two massive walnut support beams. Valle built this fine home to last for centuries.

The dining room can easily accomadate dinner for twelve or more. It has a fabulous built-in corner china cabinet and a paneled wall with built-in glass door display shelves.

The south gallery is accessed through beautiful wrought iron gates.Guests are provided with a view of the formal parterre garden and fountain and then led by a path to the south gallery steps.

The large "T" shaped arbor is believed to be from the root stock ordered from France by Valle over two hundred years ago. After massive pruning, it is again providing grapes whose wine once filled the wine cellar. A walk in the arbor with its openings to the formal garden,and the orchard,is magical.

A new wood fence with two sets of brick piered wrought iron gates surrounds the extensive grounds (nearly one acre) providing space for a formal garden, an orchard, a large grape arbor and an open backyard space between the house and the garage.
