1918 Dutch Colonial

Mather Heights
Green Bay, Wisconsin

Modern Dutch Colonial

Dutch colonial has changed ownership several times over the years. We are trying to piece together a history of this house to better understand the changes it has gone through. It is unclear whether the open floor plan was part of the original home or whether walls have been knocked out.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with 1764 square feet. There is a 2-stall detached garage. The home was built in 1918 and is one of the original homes in the neighborhood. Many updates have been made over the years, including a first floor fireplace, a large crawlspace and family room addition, a back deck, and the garage has been expanded from one stall to two. Extensive landscaping has been done all around the house.
