Heavily wooded lot far from road. Old time 3 season log sided cottage with stone fireplace in good condition; added to and updated over time. Newer 2 car matching garage. One acre wooded lot with 100 ft of sand beach on Lake Michigan. Some small wetland areas will not prevent you from building a new home on the property.
Insulated, electric heat, holding tank and shallow well. If building a new home you will need new well and sanitary systems. Cannot expand existing building as it does not conform to current setback codes.
Quiet. Perfect for artist or writer escape but can sleep 6 if you have a family.
