Breathtaking Downtown Mansion

This is a beautiful historic building located in downtown Jamestown. Formerly the "Tew Mansion", it is now being used by the United Way as office space. The building was purchased by the Gebbie Foundation in order to maintain the historic northern gateway to the city. Following extensive renovation and restoration work the house was given to the United Way for use as a community service center for non-profit organizations. The building currently has excellent tenant history including the Achievement Center, the Center for Family Unity, and the Chautauqua Watershed Conservancy along with the United Way's own programs. The lovely interior of the building features natural woodwork, hardwood floors under the carpet, plaster ceilings, crown moldings, pocket doors, stained glass windows and several ornamental fireplaces. Each floor of the building has separate temperature zones. The 1st floor has 7 rooms, the 2nd floor has 7 rooms and the 3rd floor has 5 rooms.
