This American Foursquare is a two story masonry structure that has a simple rectangular plan featuring a low pitched hipped roof with a gabled dormer extending at the center of the front facade. The broad front porch has a slatted ceiling and extends the width of the house to include the carport on the left side. There's a masonry wall across the front of the porch. This porch and carport is supported by large rectangular piers with matching masonry with added tapered squared supports. The entrance is off center and is the focal point of the facade. The casement windows have panes with vertical detailing across the top. The home features the customary floor plan for this style home with rooms of similar size.
