Craftsman style homes have many features; thick tapered
porch posts, triangular brackets in eaves are both decorative and structural.
Stone or brick chimneys and Stucco exteriors & porches are hallmarks
of the style

Unique features of this home are as follows:

Kitchen 13’3 x 18’9. Built-in Butler’s Pantry with glass cabinets featuring
Lead-glassed and slate counter top. Swinging butler’s door into Dining room
Off the kitchen is a small den w/ closet. Half bath with tile flooring
also off kitchen and back stairway.

Formal dining room 16’9 x 16’9 One wall of china buffet with lead
glass cabinets and beautiful wood counter. Oversized windows for
light. Great plant area. Original metal chandelier and woodwork inserts.

Pleasant but small sun room off the dining room. A quiet space
to read.

Formal living room 21’3 x 16’9 Working fireplace with wood
mantel and tile. Window nooks, lead glass cabinet doors and
wood floors. Open living room in spacious front foyer with
seats and tiled floored entry off the front porch.

Library or den 12’9 x 16’9 Pocket door leads off the foyer
into this pleasant front room with a fireplace with unique
tile inserts on front of fireplace and tile hearth.

Second floor staircase ascends from the open foyer to a 2nd
floor landing the branches off to other rooms. Linen closet
also located at back of the landing. Wood floors and woodwork
inserts here also.

Bedroom, 1st right . Smallest of the four but still very functional with a
fireplace also. Faces the front of the home. Master bedroom with adjourning full bath also has a working fireplace. 3rd bedroom on the back left is spacious and over looks the rear yard. 4th bedroom, opposite corner also overlooks the rear yard. Wood floors in all.

2nd bath is the original when the house was built. Subway tile on the walls and tiled
floors are in good condition. Soaking tub, built in cabinets and more. A fun step
back in time.

From the second floor landing a door leads you to an open unfinished attic. What an

with updated electrical box and small cedar closet.
