Kitchen 13’3 x 18’9. Built-in Butler’s Pantry with glass cabinets featuring
Lead-glassed and slate counter top. Swinging butler’s door into Dining room
Off the kitchen is a small den w/ closet. Half bath with tile flooring

Formal dining room 16’9 x 16’9 One wall of china buffet with lead
glass cabinets and beautiful wood counter. Oversized windows for
light. Great plant area. Original metal chandelier and woodwork inserts.

Formal living room 21’3 x 16’9 Working fireplace with wood

into this pleasant front room with a fireplace with unique
tile inserts on front of fireplace and tile hearth.

Second floor staircase ascends from the open foyer to a 2nd

also located at back of the landing. Wood floors and woodwork
inserts here also.

Bedroom, 1st right . Smallest of the four but still very functional with a
