The view is awesome...180 degree view of the Bloody Point Golfcourse... Perfect for a bed and breakfast, the property comes with a twelve (12) unit subdivision approval for twenty five (25) bedrooms.

Property was noted in Pat Conroy's Historic novel "The Water is Wide" and is a true South Carolina treasure. Absolutely no plaster in cottage. All ceilings/walls/floors heart of pinne. Classic 1883 Post and Beam Construction.
