THE MAIN HOUSE
The main home on the property was built in 1907-1908 for Willie and Nina White. It is of the Craftsman Style, and consists of approximately 3,150 square feet. It is of pier and beam construction, with a limestone and brick exterior. The roof was originally wood-shingled, and now has an approximate 10 year old roof of composition shingles. All of the windows on both floors have storm windows to the exterior of the original windows. The home had the first air- conditioning system in Brady.
