Historic Landmark - Former Office
Designed by architect Adam Lansing Dorr as an office for Kinnard Haines Manufacturing, this is the only remaining evidence of the firm that made the well-known Flour City Tractor. Reworked into a single family home in the mid-1970s by a prominent local family. On the Minneapolis & Saint Paul Home Tour in 2004 it featured the current owner's contribution, a warmly colored, brightly-lit basement finish.

Unique Historic Home
This very functional home used to be an office. Currently home to a consultant/artist, the basement functions well as home offices, and the views of parkland make it a dream to live in. Two minor streets converge here and dead-end into park land.Archived in April, 2011
