All siding was replaced with hardy cyprus from Baxley, Ga specifically milled for this home by current owners. House was insulated at this time.Completely rewired to code and and Cat-5 in 2002.

Steam Heating system has been restored and fully functional with a digital thermostat and multiple safety failover systems applied by Atlanta steam heat specialist.
