ADDED GUTTERS TO THE HOUSE WHICH IT NEVER HAD. HAD MORE ELECTRIC BROUGHT TO THE HOUSE AND ADDED TWO NEW LARGER ELECTRIC BOXES INSTALLED ON THE MAIN LEVEL REMOVING THEM FROM UNDER THE HOUSE. MORE ELECTRIC WAS NEEDED IN THE HOUSE TO HAVE A B&B.

REPLACED KITCHEN APPLIANCES. ADDED ELECTRIC OUTLETS TO THE FRONT PORCH ALONG WITH EXTERIOR CEILING FANS. INSTALLED THE 1/2 BATH ON THE FIRST FLOOR ALONG WITH A LARGE WALK IN PANTRY.

THE FOUNDATION HAS BEEN TUCK POINTED AND READY FOR PAINT. THE DRIVEWAY NEEDS REPAIR OR REPLACING AND FENCE IN BACK YARD NEEDS REPLACING. THE SECOND FLOOR HAS NO HEAT.

THE SIDING FOR THE SERVANTS QUARTERS WHICH MATCHES THE HOUSE IS STORED IN THE CARRIAGE HOUSE AND ALL THE TONGUE AND GROOVE LUMBER FOR REPLACING THE PORCH FLOORING IS ALSO STORED AND STAYS WITH THE HOME. ALL IMPROVEMENTS HAVE BEEN DONE IN THE PAST FEW YEARS.

TAXES ON THE HOME ARE $ 560. PER YEAR
