Addition
The original cottage style house was constructed in 1925 and was approximately 1750 square feet. A 1600 square foot addition was constructed with materials and details to match existing. Despite the size of the addition, it is not very visible from the street. Metal casement windows on the original house were removed and replaced with wood windows of the same size and shape. The first floor of the addition contains a bar area, paneled library with fireplace and a new back porch. The upper floor of the addition contains a master bedroom and bathroom and a guest bedroom and bathroom. The interior materials and details are consistent with the original 1920's style of the house.Comments & Feedback
