1910 Craftsman Bungalow restored
This is a fully restored/refurbished 1910 Craftsman bungalow that originally served as a farmhouse. The original features of the house have been retained to the extent possible. All woodwork has been refinished. Old light fixtures of styles that might have been used in this house, from gas lights to art deco, have been added to different rooms. Refurbishment included the addition of fiberglass attic insulation, double pane windows, central air conditioning, a patio and pergola supporting a wisteria vine, and professionally-designed landscaping.
