"The Belle of Pacific County"

Presenting The "T.E. Pearson House", a newer addition to
the Washington State Historical Registry.

This beautifully updated and appointed 1901 Queen Anne style Victorian home is situated on a landscaped bluff in the charming turn-of-the-century/inner coastal fishing village of South Bend Washington (along the coastal Hwy.101 corridor in southwest Wa.)

This sweet home has an achingly beautiful 150degree view of the Willapa Harbor, the historic fishing village and it's current commercial fishing buzz of boats, leisure craft, water sports, kayaks and canoes.

A highly beloved home in the community.

Owner/Seller is a licensed but "non-active" real estate salesperson in Washington. No solicitations/agents/vendors please. Only serious prospective buyers please.

More About This House

Ponderings...

* From Canada to Mexico, along the coastal highways, you would be hard pressed to find this kind of value anywhere else. A beautiful home with spectacular views thru out. A true village and community that is warm, welcoming, and supportive.

* There are COMPLETE DETAILS of the history of this home and INTERIOR PHOTOS on site/link above!
*****WASHINGTON HERITAGE REGISTER*****

* I am selling to move closer to family and work in the Puget Sound area, however this home has been the loveliest of abodes I have ever had the blessing to call "home". The Willapa Harbor will always remain as one of the most soulful places I have ever seen, yet alone lived....and the good folks that abound here, have touched my heart with their openness, generosity of spirit, and friendship.

* Of note: previous owners at different times, were artists (painters and sculptors), writers, antique dealers, teachers. world travelers, and this veteran flight attendant of 35 years (is coincidentally?) one of all of them! This house attracts and inspires the creative, romantic, and adventurous spirit of all who dwell here!

* Thank you for perusing my listing of the
T.E. Pearson House!

* oh and pssst! this "Pearl" of the Northwest Coast
has been "discovered" lately...and young families
to retirees are checking this area out and setting down
roots here. Get in on the fervor!!!
