The Holly House is located in the historic district of Milton, DE and is on the National Historic Register. Built in 1899, this house has many quality features. One of the features are the 4 stained glass windows on the third floor and three above the third floor.
Milton was once the the capital of manufacturing holly wreaths at the holiday time. Mr. Jones who built this house started the industry from his home and was called the "Holly Wreath Man", so his house was ultimately named the Holly House.
