103 Elizabeth St, Salisbury, MD

Located in Salisbury's Historic District and within walking distance of our revitalized downtown, this restored home is a very appealing home. It has four bedrooms upstairs and the library could be made into a first floor bedroom with a full bath next to it.

The original wood floors shine, there are four fireplaces in the house with one gas burning. The small fireplace in the bath is really more decorative than working. This bath also has jetted tub.

There is a living room divided by a pocket door from the dining room. The library is off the hall with the kitchen behind. There are three porches, one of which is off what could be a master bedroom and could be used as an office or dressing room.

The walk up attic could easily be finished for additional rooms. Salisbury is about to pass an ordinance permitting B&Bs for the first time. See the listing agent for more details.
