The Hill Estate

Gorgeous Colonial Revival home built in 1906 and was known for several decades as The Hill Estate. Lovingly refurbished and renovated while keeping the original charm, sophistication and grandeur.

This house features a large porch overlooking Main Street and is just a few steps from Sylvania’s refurbished downtown square. The porch is a perfect perch for watching the several festival parades that pass through downtown each year. It’s also a lovely place to swing or relax on lazy afternoons.

The front door, side lights and transom feature original beveled glass panels that sparkle in the sunlight. Upon entering the house you’ll notice the refinished original heart pine floors, tall ceilings and grand rooms. The wainscoting of the front parlor is original to the house.
